It’s hard to believe, but we are already planning for the next school year!  Our 2025-2026 kindergarten registration will be open from February 23, 2026, to March 28, 2026.  Gathering the registrations early in the school year helps the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District better plan for the incoming class.

REGISTRATION OPEN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2026

Please read all instructions before proceeding.

STEP #1: Children turning 5 on or before August 31, 2026, are eligible to register for kindergarten entry in September 2026. Complete the ONLINE PRE-Registration enrollment form:

Once you have collected all the required documents, the next step is to submit the pre-registration form. The pre-registration form initiates the school registration process.

STEP #2: Review, Submit your Online Registration Form

After you submit the online registration, the Central Registration Office will review it and contact you if additional documentation is required. Please check your inbox for a confirmation email. **Required Document List**

Original Birth Certificate with a raised seal

Proof of residency 1: (one of the following)

• Quitclaim deed (signed & dated)
• Property card (available on your town’s website – assessor’s database)
• Lease (signed by all parties & dated)

Proof of residency 2:

• Mass. Driver's License or Mass. Identification card with current address (to update your address, go to www.massrmv.com and print out a copy of the address change)

Immunization record / current Health Physical (within the last year)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WITHOUT A COMPLETE HEALTH RECORD

Custody Documents (if applicable)

Individual Education Plan (IEP or 504, if applicable)

Failure to provide these documents - birth certificate, immunization records, and proofs of residency - at the registration appointment may delay your student(s) enrollment. A student cannot begin school until the Central Registration Office receives all required documentation.
