It’s hard to believe, but we are already planning for the next school year!  Our 2025-2026 kindergarten registration will be open from March 3, 2025, to March 28, 2025.  Gathering the registrations early in the school year helps the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District better plan for the incoming class.

Please read all instructions before proceeding.

STEP #1: Children who turn 5 on or before August 31, 2025, are eligible to register for entry into kindergarten for September 2025. Complete the ONLINE PRE-Registration enrollment form:

Once you have collected all the required documents, the next step is to submit the pre-registration enrollment form. The purpose of the pre-registration form is to initiate the school registration process.

STEP #2: Review, Submit your Online Registration Form

Once you have submitted the online registration, the Central Registration Office will review it, and you will be contacted if additional documentation is required. **Required Document List**

Original Birth Certificate with a raised seal

Proof of residency 1: (one of the following)

• Quitclaim deed (signed & dated)

• Property card (available on your town’s website – assessor’s database)

• Lease (signed by all parties & dated)

• Notarized Letter (Landlord Agreement - if applicable)

Proof of residency 2:

• Mass. Driver's License or Mass. Identification card with current address (to update your address, go to www.massrmv.com and print out a copy of the address change)

Immunization record / current Health Physical (within the last year)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WITHOUT A COMPLETE HEALTH RECORD

Custody Documents (if applicable)

Individual Education Plan (IEP or 504, if applicable)

Failure to provide these documents - birth certificate, immunization records, and proofs of residency - at the registration appointment may delay your student(s) enrollment. A student cannot begin school until the Central Registration Office receives all required documentation.
