COVID-19 Vaccination at Bridgewater State University

The District continues to  partner with Bridgewater State University to make the Pfizer Vaccine available to any and all BRRSD students, staff, and immediate/extended family members ages 12 and up.  *Students and staff who are fully vaccinated do not have to quarantine if they are deemed a close contact. We have had a number of students who were deemed a close contact multiple times throughout this past year and may have missed 10-20 plus days of in-person learning due to quarantining.  This is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to partake in and we cannot thank enough Bridgewater State University.  We certainly hope you take advantage of this opportunity.

The Bridgewater State University Regional Collaborative Vaccination Site held at the Kelly Gymnasium.  Students will be permitted to arrive late or be dismissed from school as long as they provide a copy or a screenshot of their vaccination card or present the original.  Please use this link to access the schedule of the appointments.

If you have questions about the vaccination process, please check here.

If you have questions about the Pfizer vaccine, check here.

Please consider the following points in preparing for your vaccination:

  • Please plan to be available to receive your second dose at our site at least three weeks after your first dose. Your second dose appointment will be scheduled as soon as you complete your first dose.
  • Please dress appropriately so that you can easily access your left or right shoulder for injection.
  • Please plan to arrive on time; appointments are scheduled every 6 minutes and our efficiency depends on your punctuality.
