It’s hard to believe, but we are already planning for the next school year!  Our 2024-2025 kindergarten registration will be open March 1, 2024, to April 12, 2024.  Gathering the registrations early in the school year helps the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District better plan for the incoming class.

STEP #1: Children that turn 5 on or before August 31, 2024, are eligible to register for entry into kindergarten for September 2024. Complete the ONLINE PRE-Registration enrollment form:

Once you have collected all the required documents the next step is to submit the pre-registration enrollment form. The purpose of the pre-registration form is to initiate the school registration process.

STEP #2: Review, Submit your Online Registration Form

Once you have submitted the online registration, it will be reviewed by the Central Registration Office and you will be contacted if additional documentation is required. **Required Document List**

Original Birth Certificate with a raised seal

Proof of residency 1: (one of the following)

• Quitclaim deed (signed & dated)

• Property card (available on your town’s website – assessor’s database)

• Lease (signed by all parties & dated)

• Notarized Letter (if applicable)

Proof of residency 2:

• Mass. Driver's License or Mass. Identification card with current address (to update your address go to www.massrmv.com and print out a copy of the address change)

Immunization record / current Health Physical (with in the last year)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WITHOUT A COMPLETE HEALTH RECORD

Custody Documents (if applicable)

Individual Education Plan (IEP or 504, if applicable)

Please note failure to provide these documents - birth certificate, immunization records, and proofs of residency - at the registration appointment may delay your student(s) enrollment. A student cannot begin school until all of the required documentation has been received by the Central Registration Office.
