SCHOOL CHOICE PROGRAM
GUIDELINES FOR 2021-2022
GRADES 9-12
The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School Committee, at its meeting on February 24, 2021, reaffirmed its commitment to School Choice. The number of students admitted for students in grades 9-12 is based upon space available as determined by the School District.
- Applications for School Choice may be obtained by visiting the Central Registration Office at 166 Mt. Prospect St. Bridgewater, by telephone (508-279-2140, ext. 113), or by utilizing the forms on this webpage.
- Applications for School Choice will be accepted at the Central Registration Office via email at registration@bridge-rayn.org, the U.S. Postal Service or hand delivery. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Copy of current and prior year report cards
- Academic Records
- Test Scores (MCAS)
- Completed Record Release Form
- If applicable: Discipline Records, I.E.P./504 Plan, I.C.A.P., Other(including any court orders)
The deadline for submitting an application is 4:00 p.m.

Should the number of applications exceed the number of vacancies, all applications will be placed in a drawing lottery by the grade level as indicated on the application and drawn on Friday, May 7, 2021.
- Students accepted (contingent upon receipt of all records, i.e. report cards, IEP, MCAS, discipline report) by the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District will be notified via a written confirmation. Parents must make a commitment, in writing by Friday May 21, 2021, to accept placement when notified by the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District.
