Welcome to the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District. Our mission is to provide excellence in education for all students in an environment that values the individual. At B-R the focus is on improving student achievement through aligning core content standards with instruction and expanding our repertoire of educational strategies.

Road Map to Registration
**PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE, BEFORE
COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION**
STEP #1: Complete the online registration application
Once you have collected all the required documents (see below), please click here to complete the online application and upload your documents. You will receive an email confirming that the application and uploaded documents have been received.
STEP #2: Collect required documents (see below) and upload:

Quitclaim deed (signed & dated)

Property card (available on your town’s website – assessor’s database)

Lease (signed by all parties & dated)
-
Notarized Letter (if applicable)
-
Proof of up-to-date immunizations, physical exam and lead test
-
Custody Documents (if applicable)
-
Individual Education Plan (IEP or 504, if applicable)
STEP #3: Review and Submit your Registration
Once you have submitted the online registration, it will be reviewed by the Central Registration Office and you will be contacted if additional documentation is required.
