REGISTER NOW FOR THE 2022 -2023 SCHOOL YEAR

Please read all instructions before proceeding

STEP #1: Complete the ONLINE PRE-Registration enrollment form:

Once you have collected all the required documents the next step is to submit the pre-registration enrollment form. The purpose of the pre-registration form is to create your B-R Parent Portal account.

After you successfully create a Parent Portal Account you will be prompted to complete the online application and upload your documents.

STEP #2: Review, Submit your Online Registration Form and Schedule an Enrollment Conference

Once you have submitted the online registration, it will be reviewed by the Central Registration Office and you will be contacted if additional documentation is required. Please watch your inbox for a confirmation email. If you have any questions please call Susan Dooley by phone, at 508-279-2140 x 139 or email registration@bridge-rayn.org. The last page of the online registration prompts you to schedule an Enrollment Conference, please be sure to do so.

Please note failure to provide these documents - especially the student's academic record, birth certificate, immunization records, and proofs of residency - at the registration appointment may delay your student(s) enrollment. A student cannot begin school until all of the required documentation has been received by the Central Registration Office.

Take a moment and reviewed the required documents list.

Collect required documents (see below) and upload:

  • Original Birth Certificate with a raised seal

  • Proof of up-to-date immunizations, physical exam, and lead test

  • Custody Documents (if applicable)

  • Student Academic Record

  • Individual Education Plan (IEP or 504, if applicable)

Proof of residency1:(one of the following)

  • Quitclaim deed (signed & dated)
  • Property card (available on your town’s website – assessor’s database)
  • Lease (signed by all parties & dated)
  • Notarized Letter (if applicable)

Proof of residency 2:

  • Mass. Driver's License or Mass. Identification card with current address
    (to update your address go to www.massrmv.comand print out a copy of the address change)
