The Bridgewater Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) Program
REGISTRATION OPEN - FALL BASE PROGRAM
Please read the instructions carefully - registration requires all parts to be completed for students to be enrolled in the program.
PART ONE
All students must have a completed registration packet, directed to Jo-Ellen Silva, BASE Director. This packet must be completed for all students - even if they previously attended the BASE Program.
BASE Registration Packet 2026-2027
Please read and complete the packet carefully. You must complete the last two pages for it to be considered complete. Completed registration packets can be brought to the M.G. Williams Intermediate School Office or The George Mitchell School Office. ATTN: B.A.S.E.
PART TWO
All student registrations must be accompanied by timely payment of the registration fee (NON-REFUNDABLE).
PART THREE
All students must have a completed calendar for September, which must be completed no later than August 24th, and also must include payment for September. Please refer to the information and links below.
MONTHLY ENROLLMENT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BASE FAMILIES
Monthly enrollment is completed by submitting your child's attendance calendar. Submitting your monthly calendar secures your child's spot. This constitutes a binding financial commitment. Once your calendar is submitted, you are responsible for the full payment, regardless of attendance and/or schedule changes.
Monthly Schedule & Deadlines Please submit your monthly calendar by the deadlines below, and finalize the process by submitting your payment.
Full payments are due by the first of each month for the upcoming month (example: Payment for October is due on October 1st).
Monthly calendars must be submitted by the following dates:
September - due Monday, August 24th
October - due Monday, September 28th
November - due Monday, October 26th
December - due Monday, November 23rd
January - due Monday, December 28th
February - due Monday, January 25th
March - due Monday, February 22nd
April - due Monday, March 22nd
May - due Monday, April 26th
June - due Monday, May 24th
