Welcome to the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District. Our mission is to provide excellence in education for all students in an environment that values the individual. At B-R the focus is on improving student achievement through aligning core content standards with instruction and expanding our repertoire of educational strategies.

3 Easy Steps to Register

Step 1:            Click here , to complete the online application for your child(ren)

Step 2:            Once you have submitted the application, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment online

Step 3:            Come to Central Registration (166 Mount Prospect Street – Mitchell Elementary Entrance, Bridgewater, MA), on your scheduled day, to present the required documents listed below.

NOTE:  All registrations for the 2017-18 school year, must be completed by Tuesday, August 29th to begin school on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.  If you register after this date, your child’s start date will be after September 5, 2017.

What You Will Need To Register


  • Photo Identification
  • Official birth certificate
  • Two documents that prove Bridgewater or Raynham

    Residency (see Chart #1 below)

  • Up-to-date immunizations record (see Chart #2 below)
  • Recent physical exam from doctor (within the last year)
  • Lead Test for Kindergarten students (only)
  • Custody documents, if applicable
  • Important names, addresses and telephone numbers (doctors, hospital, emergency contact people, childcare providers)
  • Individualized Education Plan (IEP or 504), if applicable

Residency Policy


All applicants must submit at least one document from each of the following columns:

  • Valid Massachusetts

    photo Identification card

  • Valid passport, dated with the past year


If license/ID does not show current address, you can go online to www.massrmv.com and click on Change of Address.



  • Copy of lease
  • Mortgage Documents
  • Copy of Quitclaim deed
  • Section 8 Agreement
  • Legal affidavit from landlord affirming tenancy
  • Copy of property card



*Legal guardianship requires additional documentation from a court or agency.

BRRSD residency policy does not apply to McKinney-Vento Act
